- No Refunds: Once a video chat session has been initiated and completed, we do not offer refunds for any reason.
- Cancellation before Session: If you wish to cancel a scheduled video chat session, you must do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled time to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will not be eligible for a refund.
- Technical Issues: In the event of technical issues on our end that prevent the successful completion of a video chat session, we will either reschedule the session at a mutually agreed-upon time or provide a full refund, according to your preference.
- Unauthorized Charges: If you believe that you have been charged for a video chat session without your consent or if there is a discrepancy in the amount charged, please contact our customer support team immediately for resolution.
