1. Scope
This policy explains how Swish LLC ("Swish", "we", "us") handles personal information collected through swishfoundry.com (the "Site"). Each Swish product, including Qew, Fold and Requesto, publishes its own privacy policy on its website describing how that product handles data. Where a product policy differs from this one, the product policy applies to that product.
2. What we collect
Information you give us
When you email us, write to us through the contact form or sign up for product updates, we receive the information you provide, such as your name, email address, company and the content of your message.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider receives standard technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is used to deliver the Site and keep it secure. The Site doesn't use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. See our cookie notice for details.
Third-party content
The Site loads fonts from Google Fonts. When your browser requests these fonts, Google receives your IP address and browser information under its own privacy policy.

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above. Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to help you and maintain a record of our communications, and then deleted.

We use encryption in transit, access controls and other safeguards appropriate to the information we hold. No system is perfectly secure, so if you believe your information has been put at risk, please tell us.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
To make a request, contact us with the topic "Privacy". We'll respond within the time required by applicable law and won't treat you differently for exercising your rights.
8. Children
The Site isn't directed at children under 13, or the minimum age required in your country, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us information, please contact us and we'll delete it.
