The rules for using this website. Each Swish product has its own terms, published on its website.

1. Acceptance

These terms govern your use of swishfoundry.com (the "Site"), operated by Swish LLC ("Swish", "we", "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

2. Swish products

Qew, Fold, Requesto and other Swish products are governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies, which you accept when you use them. These Site terms don't replace product terms. If they conflict, the product terms apply to that product.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site in a way that breaks any law or infringes anyone's rights
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or the systems behind it, except as permitted by our responsible disclosure guidelines
  • Interfere with the Site's operation, including through automated scraping that places undue load on it
  • Misrepresent your affiliation with Swish

4. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos and product names, are owned by Swish or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share Site content for personal, non-commercial purposes. Brand assets in our press kit may be used for editorial coverage of Swish in line with the usage guidelines there. Any other use requires our written permission.

"Swish", "Qew", "Fold", "Requesto" and the Swish logo are trademarks of Swish LLC.

5. Feedback

If you send us ideas or suggestions, you allow us to use them without restriction or obligation to you. We appreciate them.

The Site may link to websites and services we don't control. We're not responsible for their content or practices, and linking doesn't imply endorsement.

7. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components. Information on the Site is provided for general purposes and may change without notice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Swish won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under applicable law.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Swish against claims arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of the Site, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Swish LLC is organised, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence still apply where relevant.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
